2- Review and discuss selected portions of the Town Bylaws and Town Meeting Guides for the following communities:
- Saugus
- Nantucket
- Brookline
- West Boylston
- Chatham
- Uxbridge
- Egremont
- East Longmeadow
- Manchester-by-the-Sea
- Wareham
- Plainville
- Leicester
- Mansfield
- Other
3- Discuss possible additions to Becket Town Bylaws relating to town meetings
4- Discuss possible purchase and use of new sound equipment for town meetings
5- Discuss ways of increasing town meeting participation, i.e., a pre-town meeting informational meeting, mailings, etc.
6- Any other matter that may lawfully come before the committee
7- Set next meeting date
